Placing an order
All prices on our website are shown in Australia dollars and are set at recommended retail prices. Prices include GST. Please note that we, The Souvenir Society reserve the right to increase the prices at any time.
When you go to make a purchase through The Souvenir Society web-store, you will be directed to pay through PayPal, a trusted secure server with fancy technological encrypted technology.
Shipping - Australia
You will have a choice when it comes to shipping! Postage rates start at $2 for light weight objects such as cards and tag sets and can go up to $10 for all orders placed through our web-store for delivery within Australia. It’s FREE if you place an order over $50.
Orders will be sent during standard working hours, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Orders will be packed within 48 hours. If for some reason there is a delay, we will notify you.
The parcel will be sent by Australia Post using their regular (if that's the option you have selected) or express service, or through a next-day courier service. Please allow a further 48 hours for delivery. Bulky items may take longer. Delivery to regional areas may take up to 5 working days.
We advise that you allocate a secure delivery address or a typically attended address (ie. Work!) during working hours as the delivery service doesn’t require a signature for release. If you would like your goods to be delivered with a signature to release, an additional fee of $2.95 will be charged.
Lost or stolen deliveries are not covered by insurance (unless requested at an additional fee of $1.50) and are not the responsibility of The Souvenir Society.

We want you to be happy. In an event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase made from our web-store you are of course entitled to a refund (excluding postage and handling fees). A refund will be issued once the item/s have been returned to us (at your own expense) within 14 days of receipt of goods. The item/s must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
